We expect our professional fees to be paid in progressive payment method .We required an advanced payment once the business with you is started. Under By-law 12.7 of Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants CSIC , we ,as a member and Authorized Immigration representative, are required to open a “clients’ trust account” at a Canadian bank ,in which we are to deposit the advance payments from clients and only can withdraw and bill to the clients after the job is done.

As a protection to our clients and have the best chances of success on their visa application ,we enter into binding contract, which clearly defines our obligations towards the client and the client’s obligations towards us. All Canada immigration applications are handled through our head office in Vancouver British Columbia and full and strict confidentiality is observed. The fiduciary relationship with our Immigration consultants and the clients are enhanced by our local Agents and staffs who bound into contract with our firm to observe all the clients’ confidential information according to the by-laws of the CSIC .

Our staffs are highly experienced and fully motivated. The clients’ advanced payments are securely deposited in our Clients’ trust account and our accountant will issue the bill to the respective client once every step of job is done.
