The Business Class Immigration  program was designed to attract immigrants who have abilities and resources to invest or establish businesses in Canada.

Business immigrants represent nearly 10% of all immigrants who come to Canada.

Under Canada immigration law, all business immigrants (Self-employed, Investors, and Entrepreneurs) must submit their applications for Canadian permanent residency at specific Canadian visa offices. Currently these are located at the following Canadian Embassies or High Commission offices in:

Immigrate to Canada as an Investor 

 

This is an effective program to obtain Permanent Residency status in Canada .

Unlike with entrepreneurs, the Immigrant Investor Program is ideal for those who want to immigrate to Canada but do not want to have conditions attached to the Permanent Residence Visa once issued.

14119732we06In order to be eligible for the Immigrant Investor Program the applicant and his family must:

 

1. Have a family Net Worth of CAD $1.6 Million anywhere in the world.

2. Have at least 2 years of managerial and/ or business experience

3. Deposit  amount of CAD$ 800,000 in a fully guaranteed, zero interest by Canadian Federal Government’s bank , for a period of five years. 

Canadian government will use this CAD$ 800,000 for the economic development and job creation in Canada and fully refund the exact amount of money to the investor  (If required, loan is available to finance the entire amount of $800,000 should the 600361_GoldMapleLeafHologramCoin05investor wish to use his or her money for any other income generating investment.)   If you required a loan for immigration investor program, please contact us. The Investor who meets the above criteria and all of his or her eligible family members will be granted Permanent Residence status after successful  visa application and can apply for the Canadian citizenship after 3 years of arrival in Canada ,usually before the maturity of their 5 years investment deposit period. Please note that if you chose to deposit CAD $800,000 to deposit ,Canadian government will give you back FULL AMOUNT of your deposit money after five years, your money is intact.

Through their Immigrant Investor Program, Quebec welcomes thousands of experienced business people and managers every year, leading to Canadian Immigrant Visas and eventually citizenship for themselves and their family members. Immigrate to Canada as an Entrepreneur

Under this program ,the eligible business person who meet the regulatory requirements and his or her family obtain the Permanent Residence visa with a condition attached. He or she must fulfill the attached condition to establish a 05colormaple04qualifying Canadian business for one year within 3 years of arrival in Canada as Permanent Residents .Failure to implement the attached conditions will lead to the the cancellation of the Permanent Residence status and deportation of him/her and all the accompanying family members from Canada.                                                           

Generally Speaking ,the person who apply under Entrepreneur category must

1)Has relevant work experience and ownership of 2 years in a qualifying business

2)Has a legally obtain personal net worth of CAD$ 300,000

3)Provides a written statement to an officer that they intend and will be able to meet the conditions attached to their Permanent Residence visa if they can successfully obtained one.

Regulatory requirements under  the Canadian Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations, section 88(1) are as follows,

 

14119732we04"Entrepreneur" means a foreign national who:

1. Has business experience

2. Has a legally obtained minimum net worth

3. Provides a written statement to an officer that they intend to and will be able to meet the conditions referred to in subsections 98.(1) to (5):

 An entrepreneur who becomes a permanent resident must meet the following conditions:

a) The entrepreneur must control a percentage of the equity of a qualifying Canadian business equal to or greater than 33 1/3 per cent;

b) The entrepreneur must provide active and ongoing management of the qualifying Canadian business; and,

c) The entrepreneur must create at least one incremental full-time job equivalent for Canadian citizens or permanent residents, other than the entrepreneur and their family members

d) The entrepreneur must meet the conditions for a period of at least one year within the period of three years after the day on which the entrepreneur becomes a permanent resident.

e) An entrepreneur who becomes a permanent resident must provide to an officer evidence of compliance with the conditions within the period of three years after the day on which the entrepreneur becomes a permanent resident.

f) An entrepreneur must provide to an officer, not later than six months after the day on which the entrepreneur becomes a permanent resident, their residential address and telephone number; and during the period beginning 18 months after and ending 24 months after the day on which the entrepreneur becomes a permanent resident, evidence of their efforts to comply with the conditions.

"Business experience" means

in respect of an entrepreneur, the management of a qualifying business and the control of a percentage of equity of the qualifying business for at least two years in the period beginning five years before the date of application for a permanent resident visa and ending on the day a determination is made in respect of the application

Immigrate to Canada as self-employed

As a Self Employed person, you must have relevant experience in cultural activities, athletics or farm management for at least two years within five years before the application. You must also have the intention and ability to establish a business that mapleleaf03will, at a minimum, create an employment opportunity for yourself. You must make a significant contribution to cultural activities or athletics or purchase and manage a farm in Canada.

Conditions of permanent residence are not imposed on Self Employed persons. You must have enough money to support yourself and your family members after you arrive in Canada.

Generally speaking, a successful artists like Singers, Musicians, painters, choreographers, dancers ,Actors, Actresses and successful farmers in the native countries can immigrate to Canada under this class.

Regulatory Requirements under S88(1) of the Canadian Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations,

A foreign national who has relevant experience and has the intention and ability to be Self Employed in Canada and to make a significant contribution to specified economic activities in Canada

"Relevant experience" means

In respect of a Self Employed person, at least two years of one of the following types of experience in the period beginning five years before the date of application for a permanent resident visa and ending on the day a determination is made in respect of the application, namely:

a) Self-employment in cultural activities or in athletics

 b) Participation at a world-class level in cultural activities or athletics

 c) Farm management experience

“Specified economic activities" means

 in respect of a Self Employed person means cultural activities, athletics or the purchase and management of a farm
